To access or edit your personal information, adjust privacy settings, or close your account, log in to your account, go to the "My" section, and then to "Settings." To edit your profile information, log in and select "My" Personal ID or "Edit." If you encounter any issues accessing this information through these steps, please contact CherFlare Customer Service at CherFlare@hotmail.com. We will respond to your request within 15 days. Any additional personal information generated during your use of our products or services will be provided to you according to applicable arrangements.

 

 (2) Correction of Your Personal Information

If you discover inaccuracies in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to request corrections or additions. You can make such a request through the "Accessing and Editing Your Personal Information" process mentioned earlier.

 

(3) Deletion of Your Personal Information

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:

a. Our handling of your personal information violates relevant laws and regulations.

b. We collect or use your personal information without your explicit consent.

c. Our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you.

d. You no longer use our products or services and voluntarily cancel your account.

e. We no longer provide products or services to you.

If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue providing these functions and services, which will require us to cease processing the corresponding personal information.  (5) User Account Cancellation

To cancel your account, log in to "CherFlare," go to the "My" icon, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner to access the system settings interface, select "Account and Security," and proceed to "Account Cancellation (Delete Account)." This self-service process allows you to request account deletion. Once you submit an account cancellation application following the provided steps, your account will be instantly canceled without manual review. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will cease providing you with products or services and delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws or anonymize it.

 

 (6) Constraints on Automatic Decision-Making by Information Systems

In certain business operations, we use automated decision-making mechanisms that rely solely on information systems and algorithms. If such decisions significantly impact your lawful rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation. We will provide a channel for appeal that respects "CherFlare"'s trade secrets, the rights and interests of other users, and the public interest.

Limitations

 

There are certain situations in which we may be unable to fulfill your request due to legal and regulatory requirements:

 

a. National Security and Defense: When the request pertains to matters of national security and defense.

 

b. Public Safety and Health: When the request involves issues of public safety, public health, and significant public interests.

 

c. Legal Investigations: When the request relates to the investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments in criminal cases.

 

d. Misconduct and Abuse: When there is sufficient evidence indicating intentional misconduct or abusive behavior by the individual whose personal information is in question.

If CherFlare ceases operations, we will notify you through in-app push notifications. We will then proceed to delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe.
